1. What areas do you Service for Mobile Wash & Detail?
Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Sanger, we will come to other areas for a travel fee.
2. What is necessary from you to have your car washed?
Our Washers come fully prepared and have all of the necessary supplies to complete your wash. Please make sure that your vehicle is open if you are receiving a wash that includes detailing of the inside. Also, please make sure that the location you are ordering your wash from allows space for a larger vehicle and washes to be taken place.
3. Are you insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured to handle auto detailing on some of the most expensive exotics.
4. How do I schedule a wash or Detail?

5. How often should I have my car detailed?
We recommend you have your vehicle detailed at least twice a year but it’s best to keep your vehicle clean more often to maintain its value and detailed look.
6. What brand of products do you use?
We have found that not one company makes the best of everything so we use others like 3D, Chemical Guys, and Meguiar’s & Auto Envy.
7. How long does a detail take?
Our detail packages can take between 6 – 10 hours depending on the type, size & condition of your car. A specific estimate can be provided the day of your appointment. Oxotic Mobile Wash & Detail is a high quality, low volume Service Company. That means that we schedule only a few cars a day in order to give your vehicle the extra attention it needs to ensure our quality level of work. In order to best accommodate all of our customers, we recommend scheduling at least a few days to one week in advance.
8. Do you sell auto detail gift certificates?
Gift certificates may be purchased for any package or dollar amount.
9. What forms of Payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of credit cards on our website, and in person, cash, checks and Cash App is also accepted.
